How long will it take to get my photos?

Usually for a  small photo shoot session take 48 hours or less to send the final results  via Online album 

What happens if you get sick or injured and can’t photograph me?

If something happens to me, we send a back up photographer to cover the event. If our back up photographer is not available you get your deposit back 

Do I get the copyright to my photos?

Usage rights : Allow the client to use the photos for specific purposes, such as personal use, social media, or promotional materials.

The photographer specifies the scope of usage (e.g., duration, geographic area, and media channels) in the licensing agreement.

Copyright Ownership:

The photographer retains the copyright to the images. This means they have exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, and display the photos.

Clients cannot sell or license the images to others without the photographer’s consent.

Restrictions:

Prohibited Uses: Specify any uses that are not allowed. For example, clients may not alter, manipulate, or create derivative works from the photos.

Commercial Use: If the client intends to use the photos for commercial purposes (e.g., advertising, product packaging), additional licensing may be required.

What if I need to reschedule?

Advance Notice:

If you need to reschedule your photography session or event, please provide us with at least 1 week notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate your new preferred date and time.

Rescheduling Options:

You can reschedule your session to an available date within the next 3 months without any additional fees.

If you need to reschedule beyond three months, a 10% rescheduling fee will apply to cover administrative costs.

Emergency Situations:

Life happens, and we understand emergencies occur. If you’re facing an unforeseen circumstance (e.g., illness, family emergency), please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll work together to find a suitable alternative.

Weather-Related Rescheduling:

For outdoor sessions affected by inclement weather (heavy rain, storms, etc.), we’ll gladly reschedule at no extra charge. Safety and comfort are our priorities.

How to Reschedule:

Contact us via email or phone to initiate the rescheduling process.

Provide your original booking details, preferred new date, and any relevant information.

Late Arrival:

If you arrive late for your session, the remaining time will be adjusted accordingly. Unfortunately, we cannot extend sessions beyond the scheduled duration due to subsequent bookings.

Cancellations vs. Rescheduling:

If you decide to cancel your session entirely, our cancellation policy will apply. Rescheduling allows you to retain your investment and enjoy our services at a later date.

Open communication is essential. Please keep us informed of any changes promptly.

How many photos will I receive?
It depends of the project for simple 1 hour photo shoot 50 or more full edited. Real state minimum 12 photos, events or wedding require more details to give an estimate 

Do you instruct for posing? I’m kind of awkward/unphotogenic.

We  provide guidance during sessions.  We start each session by teaching simple posing techniques. Create a foundation of general posing principles, Communication during the photos is key to achieve the desire results. 

I’m not sure I want an engagement session…

 Most people aren’t used to being in front of a professional camera. Engagement sessions provide practice. Couples learn how to pose, where to look, and how to interact while being photographed. 

Engagement sessions allow couples to express their unique love story. Whether it’s revisiting the place where they first met or incorporating hobbies, these sessions capture their personalities.
